TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EN)

  1. General

 

  1. All items have undergone thorough testing and have passed our internal inspection. We will provide you with photos and an invoice for confirmation prior to shipment.

 

  1. The standard limited warranty for our products is 1 year. We also offer extended warranties with adapted prices. Each keyboard comes with an exclusive Serial Number (S/N), which should be well protected. Please note that any keyboard with a defaced, modified, or removed serial number will be rejected for after-sales service.

 

  1. Mate provides a warranty period of (1) one year from the date of manufacture for end users.

 

  1. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

 

The following are not covered under the Standard Warranty:

 

  1. Physical damage caused by abuse or accidents, etc.
  2. Modification, repair, or refitting without the consent of Mate Tech.
  3. Services provided by any unauthorized service provider.
  4. Any hardware upgrades made after the date of purchase.
  5. Serial numbers that have been defaced, modified, or removed.
  6. Improper installation.
  7. Common wear and tear.
  8. Damage caused by extraordinary/unusual working environments (Radiation/Electrostatic/Electromagnetism).

 

  1. Prices, Dispatch, Insurance

 

  1. Our prices are net cost (EXW), excluding transport insurance, freight, and local tariffs. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on exchange rates, labor costs, and other relevant factors.

 

  1. Mate will select a co-operated freight forwarder, such as DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS, for shipping services. The most cost effective and fastest shipping method will be chosen.

 

  1. If the buyer/client requests freight insurance during transport, the relevant cost will be covered by the client, and we will assist and facilitate the process.

 

  1. Modification, Upgrade

 

If a product is upgraded to another version, certain accessories may be discontinued. In such cases, the product cannot be repaired or replaced without separate notice.

 

 

 

  1. Warranty Policy

 

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, we require the following information: Serial Number (S/N), Invoice, pictures, videos, and a detailed description. This information will aid in better tracking and analysis. Once confirmed and qualified for repair or replacement, we will provide an RMA number. One of our After-sales team members will be in contact with you soon. We may request additional information if necessary.

 

  1. If the product proves defective in materials or workmanship, Mate has the right to choose from the following options:

 

(i) Provide supplementary performance by removing defects or providing backup accessories.

(ii) Deliver a new defect-free product and exchange the old one.

(iii) Both sides are responsible for bearing the shipping costs.

 

  1. The warranty period for any repaired or replaced product will be for the remaining balance of the original product warranty.

 

We recommend considering new purchases for warranty-past-due products or aging equipment to ensure optimal performance.

 

  1. Force Majeure

 

Exceptional events such as war, strikes, plant interruptions as well as decline in business activities and similar cases that lead in a reduction of the consumption entitle us to withdraw partially or fully from the contract.
